The Patty Granville Arts Center is run by the City of Garland. Containing the Theatres, the Atrium, the Plaza Theatre, and the Pace House, the center offers rental facilities open to all civic, community and commercial organizations. The Pace House is a restored Victorian Texas farmhouse. The Granville Arts Center is open seven days a week. The three theaters have seating for 720, 350 and 200 people.
