Wineries, Recreation and Convenience: Grapevine, TX Real Estate Has it All

Grapevine, Texas was named for the tangles of wild grapes that once grew all over the region. Modern Grapevine has added to that name, by becoming the center for the state’s growing wine industry. Also, this city hosts the annual GrapeFest, which has been attended by almost 200,000 people.  Grapevine, TX real estate puts you in this great community, including the nearby Grapevine Lake which lures folks to virtually every kind of water fun, with  skiing, fishing, wind-surfing and all types of boating. Golfers may take to the links on one of several public courses. Golf legend Byron Nelson had a hand in the original design of the Grapevine Golf Course. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is located nearby, and the big-city amusements of Dallas and Fort Worth are less than half-an-hour away. Still, most Grapevine residents will tell you that there’s no reason to leave town, because this city truly does have it all.
