Besides churning out celebrities, this little Texas city has a lot to offer. Allen is located in Collin County and is one of the Dallas northern suburbs. The city is growing steadily and has come a long way since its earlier days when it was home to the Comanche and Caddo Indian tribes, which is why the Allen condos for sale are available in a variety of sizes and styles. In 1872, the Houston and Texas Central Railroad was built right through the middle of Allen, and this shaped the city’s layout. Almost 100 years later in 1960, US 75 was built through Allen, and this, too, had a big impact on the small town.
